We’re excited to be part of this year’s Open F We’re excited to be part of this year’s Open Fields Farm Tour in the Blue Mountains and Meaford on Saturday, September 27, 10 am to 5 pm. We’ve got a full day planned with live music, apple pressing, beekeeping demonstrations and plein air painting. There will be food, cider, beer and wine. Come celebrate fall and farm life with us and the other great venues on the tour! FOOD & DRINK STILL HAPPENING We’re proud of the drinks we pour everyday at the cidery but this Saturday we’re pouring all kinds of special treats curated by our friends @savvy.meaford The line-up includes: Great beers:Townline Lager from @sonsbrewing and Good Things from @lovebirdbeer Pre-mix Cocktails: Hibiscus Limeade and Gin Mule from @drinkwillibald Natural wines: White, Red and rose plus our sparkling red Noon-Alc’s from our friends @goodlot.beer and @backedbybees We’ll be doing delicious jerk chicken sandwiches from @dedesafricankitchen plus a beautiful summer gazpacho with corn salsa and focaccia from @rmcateringgc We’ll keep the party going with an amazing concert kicking off at 7 pm from @culturereject with special guest @momxwyfe You can get tickets through the band or at the door. We’re excited to announce the launch of two new We’re excited to announce the launch of two new additions to our small batch Artisanal series! Both are the perfect summer sippers for these hot days. First we’ve got Elderflower, making a return from last summer. Made with Spy and Honeycrisp apples and infused with Elderflowers from our neighbour Jeremy’s farm. It’s bright, citrusy and floral. Super refreshing on its own, over ice or in a cocktail with a splash of gin or vodka. Then we’ve got our first wine release. It’s a dry sparkling red - our version of the classic Italian Lambrusco, we’re calling GreyBruceCo! Made with local, organic Marquette and L’Acadie grapes, it’s fresh and fruity, perfect for a summer barbecue. Both are available to taste and purchase at the farm, online and at select bottle shops. The bad news is that our Cranberry Fennel and Ida Spy Pet Nat have come of the tasting menu, although there are a few bottles of each for sale.
